This is one of the first sketchbooks that I used seriously. It has helped me get out of my comfort zone and become a better artist.

My “anxiety” trees

These are trees that I have learned to draw when my anxiety is acting up to help me calm down and take my focus away from what is hurting me. With all the tiny dots that make up their foliage, they can take up to 30 minutes (or more) to finish but once I am done, I usually feel much better.
